Water Treatment Heavy Plants

A water treatment heavy plant is a destination where wastewater (water which is no longer fit for its current purpose) moves to once it leaves homes and businesses through sewage pipes. The sewage system contains miles of pipes below ground where wastewater flows to the treatment plant for processing.
Water treatment is increasingly necessary due to drinking water shortages and the growing needs of the global population. Of the planet's total water reserves, only 2.5% is freshwater - and of this amount only 0.4% is water fit for human consumption.
